Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.81 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. resize any window 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? minimum resize window only take half screen why i cant make it small this annoying this work on old verion What went wrong? i want to resize like i was on phone to test my site Did this work before? Yes 65 Chrome version: 69.0.3497.81 Channel: stable OS Version: 16.04 Flash Version: who ever did this changed need to be punch hard on his head.. thus type of shiit screw my whole jobs
