Amy, Burgan - Currently when we start typing on the search box and there is no download matching the search query text, we show "No downloads found" with the download arrow.

Do we want to keep the same behavior?

Keeping it consistent with the other clank empty states makes sense to me. I've updated the spec to reflect, lmk if you have other questions!
