The TestBrowserThreadBundle::Options enum defines several flags that are passed in as arguments to the TestBrowserThreadBundle constructor. Many of these flags are mutually exclusive or map directly to other existing enums (like ScopedTaskEnvironment::MainThreadType). This can be cleaned up.
