The current failures are all a particular test, however, that started failing consistently with 2775:

The commit is stuck in the CQ due to P0 issue with ios-simulator (http://crbug.com/881420).

Commit landed, I'll update this with the results of the next run of Android CFI.

chrome_public_test_apk on Android CFI is ok now. Leaving this open for whatever other work mdjones had planned.
