[iOS] A grey bar is to see on top of the background when you swipe back/forward on the NTP

Chrome Version: Chrome 69
OS: iOS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(0) use a iPhone SE 
(1) use ChromeForIOS 
(2) open a NTP
(3) swipe left/right on NTP

What is the expected result?
No grey bar on top.


What happens instead?
A grey bar is to see.

Probably due to our viewport adjustment for fullscreen.  Maybe we should just reset the light gray background color to match the darker gray color.
