Reported by roy...@gmail.com, Sep 5

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open https://losangeles.craigslist.org/
2. Choose any section
3. Click on any drop down menu

What is the expected behavior?
visible items in the menu

What went wrong?
Display drivers have not been updated in months. The problem started since Chrome was updated to 69.0.3497.81 (Official Build) (64-bit). Craigslist was the example used but it occurs on any dropdown menu on any site.

System uses Intel 530 & nVidia Quadro M1000M with the most current drivers.

Did this work before? Yes 68.x

royale@ Thanks for the issue.

Tested this issue on Windows 10 on the reported version 69.0.3497.81 and the latest Canary 71.0.3543.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps.

1. Launched Chrome and navigated to https://losangeles.craigslist.org/.
2. Clicked on a section and selected the drop down box, could not observe any black drop down menus.
3. Re-tried the issue by enabling the flag #enable-site-per-process in chrome://flags and still unable to reproduce the issue.
Attached is the screen cast and chrome://gpu details for reference.

Request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations.

Thanks..
