Dragging window to the bottom in overview mode changes opacity |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 70.0.3532.8 OS: ChromeOs Board: Kevin What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open an app. (2) Open overview mode. (3) Drag app to the bottom of the screen What is the expected result? No opacity change. What happens instead? Window changes opacity. Video attached.

I can't repro this on my device. Min: are you aware of this issue?

Yeah, I can repro it, drag the window from the top to the bottom will see it. But only for browser window. I suspect it is the scrim that added for browser window drag. Daisy, maybe you can help take a look?
