Twtitter page elements unclickable

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to twitter.com
2. try and click on anything clickable
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
cursor should go in inputs, links should work

What went wrong?
nothing works

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.81  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.6

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 69.0.3497.81 using Mac 10.13.6. Attaching screen-cast for reference.
Steps: 
---------
1. Launched reported chrome 
2. Navigated the URL " twitter.com " and signed in
As we are observed that Twitter page elements clickable
@Reporter: Can you verify this issue with New profile that is not having any extensions and apps or reset all the flags. Let us know whether issue still persists.
