stop making the url jump back and forth, please!

Reported by roge...@gmail.com, Sep 5

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/FErd2xc.gifv

1. open a page
2. click the url and select part of it
3. watch the url repositioning due to the http(s):// prefix showing on/off

What is the expected behavior?
1. Secure/Not Secure have different length, please remove them, a green lock for Secure and something else for Not Secure is enough and better, also because an icon/image is more than a few words.

2. Show "http(s)://" always, regardless whether in editing/copying mode or not. This would also solve the annoyance that when selecting part of the URL, the http(s):// prefix is not actually displayed/selected, but still copied.

What went wrong?
The url, together with the selection, jumps back and forth when start/stop selecting/editing the url.

Did this work before? N/A
