Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open several tabs
2. Pick one tab, try to move it left \ right
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Tab should be easily moved and inserted between other tabs.

What went wrong?
The whole Chrome window start moving following the mouse movements
