What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> click on 'Launcher' -> Now in App launcher select any installed App
(2)Now right click on App -> context menu is seen -> Now use 'Down' Arrow key so that Grey focus is seen on 'New Window' option 
(3)Now use 'Right' Arrow key and observe Sub menu options are seen but observe grey focus is not seen on Sub Arrow option instead seen on  'New Window' option 
(Please refer Video)

Expected: Grey focus should be seen on Sub Arrow option when 'Right' Arrow key is pressed
Actual: Instead Grey focus is seen on 'New Window' option 

This is Non-Regression Issue as Context Menu UI is changed from 70.0.3524.2
