Image vanish bug inside iframe which loaded inside another iframe

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. load page
2. scroll view down until iframe been hid by top screen lane
3. scroll view back

What is the expected behavior?
Scroll not affect on images inside iframes

What went wrong?
Image view get vanish

Did this work before? Yes 68 and older

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.81  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version:
