disable the Async DNS Configuration settings through chrome://flages

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version:69.0.3497.81
Operating system: Windows 7 professional service pack 1

Steps to reproduce:
(1)we are unable to disable the Async DNS Configuration settings through chrome://flages

chrome://flags is not a user-level settings UI. Rather, it is for toggling random experiments. Options may come and go from there over time.

Why are you finding that you need to disable the async DNS resolver? Can you provide details on what issues are you having with it?
