Chrome will not open

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click to open Chrome
2.

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome should open

What went wrong?
Chrome does not open.  Google Chrome appears in the task manager for a brief moment and then goes away.

Did this work before? Yes 3 Sep 18

Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'>  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 28.0 r0

Worked fine on Moday, today it will not open.
Uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled after a restart, same problem.  Ran scans with Eset, MalwareBytes and Hitman Pro, all clean.

@Reporter: Could you please check the same by clean uninstallation of chrome and by downloading/installing it from https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel . Please let us know if the issue still persists.
