[Findit] Flake detection: search for test name on ranked flakes dashboard

If the search result only contains one flake, redirect to the flake's result page; otherwise rank the flakes and display them on the ranked flakes page.

[Findit] Search for test suite for gtests on ranked flakes dashboard.

Enable Searching for test suite names for gtests. If search by test suite name, we will not redirect even if there's only one flake found for the test suite.
