create_beaglebone_images fails |

Issue description
The lab-tools script create_beaglebone_images fails to create an SD card if no devserver is provided via the -s option:
gkling@gkling-glaptop:~/chromiumos/chromeos-admin$ create_beaglebone_images -i R70-10968.0.0 sdb
/dev/sdb: SD Transcend (TS-RDF5 ) 15931539456 bytes
[sudo] password for gkling:
Will use R70-10968.0.0

Unable to stage beaglebone_servo-release/R70-10968.0.0 on http://:8082
gkling@gkling-glaptop:~/chromiumos/chromeos-admin$
This seems to be because of a subtle change to the output of 'atest server list'
Since this is a simple change, I have a CL en route.
