Display all credit cards on the touch bar

Implement a scroll view in the touch bar for credit card support so that > 3 items can be displayed

I just left Chrome so I won't be able to work on it anymore. Anyway, I tried to get this to work with scroll view on the touch bar, but it didn't work out.

However, I was able to get it to work by introducing a scrubber and then adding the credit card buttons on it. If you have any questions, feel free to let me know. Thanks!
