Wifi disabled icon has changed

Chrome OS Platform: Coral/Santa


Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add
the label below).

Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Disable Wifi from the Uber tray.
(2)Wifi icon on uber tray and bottom panel looks different.
(3)However, Wifi disabled icon in chrome://settings/network is same as before.

The icon is inconsistent but it shows the wifi is disabled in both cases.  Moving this to a RBB.

If desired for Dev we need to bisect to see where this originated.

This is WAI and IIRC sgabriel@ confirmed the current inconsistency between two.

Well it's WAI as so far as it's not breaking. They should align.
@Steven, would yo have some bandwidth to work with me on updating the WebUi icons to match the new system UI's ?

Could you file an issue for tracking that, with links to the assets, etc? It should be possible to get to that for 71.
