Saved username and password autofilled on github.com sign-up page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have github.com credentials previously stored in Chrome's password manager.
2. Make sure you are not logged in on github.com
3. Go to https://github.com/

What is the expected result?
The text fields are NOT pre-filled in SignUp form.

What happens instead of that?
The text fields are pre-filled in SignUp form.

Could you check why this is classified as a sign-in form by the server and configure a manual override if necessary? Thanks.

its form signature is unstable. Override wouldn't help.

Thanks for checking! Just FYI, this field has a hexadecimal random suffix instead of a decimal suffix. I don't know whether this is a common thing.
