Currently we show an indefinite progress bar during setup. However, with tremplin we now have info on how long it takes to download the container. We should switch to an actual progress bar to give users a sense of progress and how long is left.

Initial proposal:
- Downloading VM is 30%
- Starting VM is 5%
- Downloading container is 30%
- Unpacking container is 30%
- Starting container is 5%

Do these splits seem imbalanced in some way? Is anything missing?
