Opened table is closed, when the device orientation changes in latest Chrome App (Webview)

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install the apk and open 2. Home -> Resources -> Tables 3. Open any table 4. Now change the orientation of device What is the expected behavior? The table should re-align in Opened mode. What went wrong? The table is closed and needs to be reopened. N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3202 Channel: stable OS Version: 8.0 Flash Version: Hi, The app was working fine in the previous version of Chrome i.e. Before 63. After 63 release, the table was closed when changing the device orientation. The same issue works well, when Android webview is used and upgrading the chrome version this gets broken.

@loganathan.kaliyamoorthy: Downloaded .apk file from above link and installed in Pixel 2/Android 8 device. And on clicking installed app it immediately closes. Could you please provide alternate test file and screencast on reproducing the issue. This would help in better triaging. Thanks!

Once initialized, the App will show Guides Skip those process. 1. Home -> Resources -> Tables 2. Open any table from 2nd or 3rd Section. 3.
