I recently purchased several mice in an effort to find the best ergonomic mouse for an RSI condition. The inherent mouse speed varied significantly for the mice. Two of the mice where unusable on Chrome OS, because the mouse speed could not be set low enough using the Chrome settings.

I tried the same mice on a Windows 10 machine, and the mouse speed setting was able to go low enough to accommodate these mice.
