Able to reproduce issue on reported chrome version 71.0.3542.0 & on latest chrome 69.0.3497.81 using Windows 10, Mac 10.13.6 and Ubuntu 17.10. Hence providing bisect information below. Bisect Info: ================ Good build: 69.0.3482.0 Bad build: 69.0.3483.0 You are probably looking for a change made after 572863 (known good), but no later than 572864 (first known bad). This is a high priority regression to be addressed, but I would agree this is not a release block stable-level issue. Thank you babatakao@ for the precise report with test case. Removing RBS.
