Data URL items in chrome://settings/content/zoomLevels are broken

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/68.0.3440.106 Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a data URL image in the browser, change its zoom level;
2. Open more different data URL images and change their zoom levels; the more you change, the bigger impact made on the settings page;
3. Open chrome://settings/content/zoomLevels to see what it shows.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
1. The data URL items breaks with the 600px width; the close buttons are pushed far away.
2. If you changed several (eg. more than 10) data URL's zoom level, so that they show in this settings page, then the page loads very slow.

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106  Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 30.0 r0

Currently I have to use things like "btn.click()" in the devtools console to remove them.
