Tried testing the issue on reported chrome version #69.0.3497.72 using windows 10 by following below steps. Steps: ===== 1.Launched chrome. 2.Navigated to "https://www.ancestry.co.uk/". 3.Registered a new account. 4.After navigating, clicked on "Start Free Trial" button. 5.It navigated to a page which asks for visa credit/debit card details, tried giving sample details found on the internet. 6.Observed that it is not accepting sample details. Attached screencast for reference. @reporter: Could you please provide sample credentials for this site so that it would be really helpful for further triaging. Thanks.!

Unable to test the issue this further as we are unable to login into the site, tentatively adding Blink component. Requesting someone from the Blink team to help in debugging this issue. Thanks.!

As the sample credentials to login into the given URL-"https://www.ancestry.co.uk/" are not available, unable to test the issue at TE-end. Hence removing Needs-Bisect label and requesting someone from Blink team to look into the issue. Thanks.!

Hi mkii.px@, I managed to get the free trial but I can't seem to get to a screen that looks like your posted screenshots. Could you give me more detailed instructions on how to reproduce the issue?

You need to create a tree with the names and details in the images I included with my report. This should generate "hints" (represented by a green leaf symbol) click on the hint to compare with other ancestry trees. Don't save the changes. Compare the experience in the two versions of Chrome: stable and beta. Or use Firefox instead of Chrome stable. Please try this... the process should be intuitive but if you need really detailed steps this will take time to generate.

Hello again. Not sure if you were involved but the problem with Ancestry.co.uk seems to have been resolved. Unfortunately there is no feedback mechanism for customers of Ancestry.co.uk when they report a problem, we just have to keep trying until we find the problem has gone away (no stars for customer service). So I think this report can now be closed down. Regards
