Regression: Separator line is missing between the ubertray and onscreen keyboard icon in shelf

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Enable onscreen keyboard and observe separator line is missing between the ubertray and onscreen keyboard icon in shelf

Actual: Separator line is missing between the ubertray and onscreen keyboard icon in shelf
Expected: Separator line should be seen between the ubertray and onscreen keyboard icon in shelf

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 70.0.3532.0/11014.0.0 dev

This should already be fixed. See attached.

I think the version shown in the video is not current (not showing the new style highlight around the status area and other controls).
