Codeweavers/Wine Crashes ChromeOS

Reported by kurtpal...@gmail.com, Sep 2

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11005.1.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3532.8 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Setup Linux Beta support on Dev Channel
2. Install Codeweavers/Crossover
3. Install MS-Office 2016 (pro remote license server used)
4. In Crossover settings/config, adjust font scaling to 160%
5. Move Window to external monitor (though I believe this happens with internal displays as well)
6. Open a local word document
7. Attempt to close the word document with top right corner "x" - should crash
6. OS will lockup and crash

What is the expected behavior?
Application should close properly

What went wrong?
The Application was extremely slow (stalls) compared to native linux applications like gimp, especially when opening or saving local files/templates.
Application will lockup and crash entire OS when attempting to quit.
