"Select an app to open this file" dialog in files app has broken layout

The layout of the File app's "Select an app to open this file" dialog is messed up:

- each app entry appears to overflow the vertical space allotted to it
- the entries aren't flush with the right side of the window; there are weird vertical lines

What's the triage process for Files app issues? There are many unowned, opened issues and it doesn't look like anyone gets auto-cc-ed on new ones.

This seems to be an issue in the Chrome Web Store styles, I've reported it internally for the team in charge of it.

I'll work with them to have this fixed.
