Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Change the download folder to something other than the default (ex: Foo/Bar) 
2. Download something.
3. Using the File Manager select Downloads and notice the folder is empty and refers to the default folder.
4. This also affects the new Wallpaper manager My Images entry, which also ignores the changed Download folder location.

What is the expected behavior?
Tracking the proper download folder.

Did not track the proper download folder.
