Reproduction Steps: 
1. Make sure you have a few windows open.
2. Ctrl+Alt+Z to open ChromeVox.
3. Use Alt+Tab to switch windows.

Wen pressing Alt+Tab to switch among Windows, I have to hear "Chrome" followed by a pause and then then window title. "Chrome" is redundant and takes up valuable time.
