Web pages auto reloading

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. For example, just browse gmail for 2 minutes.
2. I am back to youtube tab.
3. Youtube tab/web page starts RELOADING where I browsed it 5 minutes ago BEFORE switching to gmail.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Page AUTO reloading. That frustrates me!

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.91  Channel: stable
OS Version: 
Flash Version: 

NEED HELP ASAP!!!

Unable to reproduce this issue using Samsung galaxy J7 and Pixel 2 using chrome version 68.0.3440.91 with steps mentioned above.

1. Opened Gmail app, browsed for 2 mins.
2. Opened Youtube in chrome browser, navigated to gmail and returned back

@robkis1994: Could you please check the steps and let us know if we miss anything. Please provide screencast on reproducing the issue along with device details and chrome  details.

This is on Android? On low memory, the OS can sometimes kill tabs on Android. I'm guessing that's what's going on here.
Try to browse or maybe it is enough just to hold (try to mix of that) 5
minutes, not 2 for 100 percent to try to get problem.

How I supposed to get a screenshot for my problem. It looks weird. I am
writing for you transcript. Just for worst case I could make short 3-5
minute video. This problem should be pretty elementary. Even if I would
have new this phone just bought from salon I would try to reproduce this
problem I pretty sure that would be same for everybody. SO it would mean
that I would be NOTHING to do here. For that should be straight answer
whether it is possible to fix or not.

I am using Samsung S3 GT-I9300. Android version 4.3. Chrome version is
mentioned in my post - 68.0.3440.91

Yes, this is on android. I already posted my phone model details. I think
you even could check with that more clear info.
