Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Swipe up or down with 3 fingers to see all open windows.
2. Select any window to bring it to the foreground.

What is the expected behavior?
Butter smooth animations.

What went wrong?
Not all of the time, but the animations do stutter to the point that it is noticeable.
