Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://twitter.com/narendramodi/status/1035727026596929536/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to https://twitter.com/narendramodi/status/1035727026596929536/ 2. Besides the Likes move arrow nearer to some pics of liker as shown in attached video 3. At some point you will find that the name of that user will keep flashing (Looks like chrome is confused at that point.) Looks like bug. 4. Even make the flashing happened , don't move the arrow. 5. Press shortcut for new tab, return back to original tab , and you can find that it keeps flashing regardless of cursor (arrow) position What is the expected behavior? The user name should not be flashed. What went wrong? Flashing of that name looks like it is a bug in the decision code for displaying the user name. I am attaching the screen recording that will make the bug more visible. Because of attaching file size limit I have shared videos on my drive :- https://goo.gl/g4vXWN The above link has 2 videos... 1 . For Chrome Browser (with bug) 2. For safari Browser with same activity (no bug) Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.13.6 Flash Version: I tried to use the same link and procedure on safari browser but it was working normal without any bug. I haven't tested with other browsers'. (Video in Drive's shared link.) This is first time for me so I may not be good at proper documentation , but by viewing at video , you may be perfectly clear about what I would like to convey for bug. Let me know if more on this is required from my-side. Let's make the chrome best and bug free browser. Thanks. Ketul
