Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Navigate to Windows Color settings and set a dark color 2. Check the "Title bars" box 3. Open Chrome and set the "UI Layout for the browser's top chrome" flag to "Refresh" 4. Open more than 1 tab What is the expected behavior? Chrome does not listen to the Windows color settings and instead renders with its own color. What went wrong? Chrome loads the dark color set by Windows causing various UI issues: - New tab button is illegible (see attached "divider at the start of the first tab.png") - Dividers between tabs are off-center - A divider is present at the start of the first tab (see attached "divider at the start of the first tab.png") - Tabs are visually unappealing Note: I attempted to resolve this by enabling the "Custom-drawn Windows 10 Titlebar" flag however it had no effect. If this is intended behavior then that flag should be functional and in the settings menu instead. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:
