Launcher button press does not preserve mru order.

1. Open a couple windows, remember the order.
2. Press the home launcher button.
3. Open window cycler or overview mode.

Expected - The order is preserved.

I can take this one, it happens on swipe up to dismiss as well.

applist: Preserve mru order after pressing launcher button.

And also after swiping up to minimize all windows.
