Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download Pearson's Testnav android app on chromebook
2. Use two chromebooks which is configured with either same or different gmail-id
3.Bring up Testnav app on both the chromebooks and then select "pearson reference" located at the left hand side of the screen
4. Enter the user id/pwd - 'googleuser' on both the devices
5. Click sign in button in both the devices at the same time

What is the expected behavior?
User should not be seeing title-bar on a secured test

What went wrong?
In one of the device, title-bar( with back arrow, minimize, maximize and close cross button) appears in the secured test. Please note that if any of the options in title-bar is selected, then either screen blacks out or user gets kicked out of the test.
