without keyboard attached tried to open launcher and glitched out . Would popup and go back to screen originally on.

Attempted the following repro steps:

1) disconnected keyboard
2) opened several apps
3) hit launcher button to return to home launcher

and

1) disconnected keyboard
2) plugged in a mouse
3) opened several apps
4) opened the launcher using swipe
5) opened the launcher using the mouse
6) opened the launcher using taps

Was unable to reproduce this issue.
