Description:
For Enterprise Mode Site Lists v1 Schema files that have entries with whitespaces, LBS does not know to treat them as such and therefore links do work.

Use case:
Customers that do not have their v1 Schema files with a clean format but with spaces gets treated by LBS where the whitespaces are preserved as #TEXT entries and is kept in the XML parser.  Therefore LBS does not handle some links correctly and does not route as expected. 

Motivation:
This FR would help make LBS more usable for customers in this situation.  

Existing workarounds:
Customers can clean up their schema files to get rid of the whitespaces.
