It would good to start gathering metrics trying to address what causes ads to make pages run more slowly. This metric would measure the percentage of time spent running javascript with an ad script on the stack. We should create a second metric for the percentage before the first contentful paint, to try and see if ad script execution could be a driving factor behind page load times.
