Issue descriptionChrome Version: ToT OS: Linux What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Create an element where overflowing text is clipped by ellipsis (2) Check the innerText property of the element Demo available at https://jsfiddle.net/qkvc3j4y/4/ What is the expected result? innerText is not affected by ellipsis What happens instead? innerText is affected by ellipsis. The overflowing part is absent.

Related to: https://crrev.com/c/1158670 [LayoutNG] Remove fragments after ellipsis A lot of editing code, including innerText and bidi adjustment, assumes that all fragments are still present even with ellipsis.
