Iframe not rendering fully on page/scrolling

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.72 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Scroll page after loaded past google ad
2. Once the ads is pasted the viewport scroll back 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Ads render properly on load or while scrolling.

What went wrong?
Ads partially render scroll or initial load.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.72  Channel: beta
OS Version: 10.0

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome 69.0.3497.72 using windows 10. Attaching screen-cast for reference.
Steps:
-----
1. Launched reported chrome
2. Navigated to " https://www.mtlbog.com/news as per screen-cast "
As we are observed that Ads render properly

@Reporter: Could you please review the attached screen-cast and let us know if we missed anything from our end.
