Could you, please, provide more details about USB monitor, i.e. model. Thank you!

The type of USB monitor is "eGalax Inc. USB TouchController". It is what I got from xinput command. And usually it should work well. But it could not work suddenly on one Kevin laptop (even reboot does not help). I am afraid that it may be related with bug so I reported it. Thank you!

Thank you for your reply. I'm trying to reproduce your bug, but I need more details. eGalax Inc. USB TouchController - is a touch screen controller, not monitor. Could you, please, make a picture of your monitor? And what you mean "it could not work suddenly on one Kevin laptop"? It doesn't work in 100% cases or only sometimes?

Hello! I deployed Chrome code I was working on to one Kevin laptop. But the monitor could not works after one deployment. I am sure that I did not modify the code related with external display. By the way, I try to refresh the Chrome OS on that laptop right now and then external display is able to work again. Maybe it is related with my modification?

Hard to say without looking into your changes. BTW, there are lot of possibilities when your changes could affect it indirectly. So, can we close this bug?
