UI for New Incognito Tab - Incognito not capitalized in More menu

OS: (e.g. Win10, MacOS 10.12, etc...) Android v9 / P

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)At the top right, tap More.
(2)See "New incognito tab" UI

What is the expected result?
UI should be "New Incognito Tab" for consistency with iOS and Desktop

What happens instead?
New incognito tab
