Ateme AV1 HDR playback issues

Platform: 10991.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel eve-arcnext

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Play SDR clip
2. Play HDR clip
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Both clips play back in Chrome

What went wrong?
HDR clip plays with right half of the clip all green

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 70.0.3524.2  Channel: dev
OS Version: 10991.0.0
Flash Version: 30.0.0.142 /opt/google/chrome/pepper/libpepflashplayer.so

AV1 flag enabled
