Pixel 2 XL has different device pixel ratio when entering VR directly from Chrome and when entering VR through Chrome in Daydream View.

Project Member Reported by hdunn@google.com, Aug 31

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Put P2 XL in a Daydream View, and launch Chrome from Daydream Home->Library->Chrome.
2. Go to a WebVR demo and launch VR.
3. Observe that window.devicePixelRatio is ~1.8.
4. Remove P2 XL from headset.
5. Launch Chrome on a P2 XL, and then put your phone in a headset to get to Chrome VR.
2. See that window.devicePixelRatio is 3.5.

What is the expected behavior?
The devicePixelRatio should be the same, as it is on other devices.

What went wrong?
The devicePixelRatio was different, causing our app's UI to look wrong when not opening Chrome through Daydream.

Did this work before? N/A
