(1) Open chrome://net-internals/#events (2) Wait a while (3) Click on an event row, or another link in the left sidebar What is the expected result? Event details switch to the selected event, or the main area switches to the other section of net-internals What happens instead? Nothing -- the "selected" highlight doesn't move and the selected event/area isn't displayed.

How long is step (2), "Wait a while"? We know that net-internals gets sluggish as the number of events gets high, for some definition of "high".

Support for #events tab in net-internals was removed ( Issue 892454 ) so marking as WontFix. I am sure we still exhibit the same slowness in loading large files with the external viewer. |
