What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> At Uber Tray select 'Sign out' ->  in sign out screen Click on 'Add person'
(2)Now at Uber Tray turn-off WI-FI -> "Network not available" page is seen
(3)Now click on 'sign in as an existing user' -> 'Enter your Email' screen is seen and now observe for  'sign in as an existing user' title i.e. title should be seen to differentiate between normal Sign-in screen and 'sign in as an existing user' screen

Expected: 'sign in as an existing user' title should be seen 
Actual: Instead 'sign in as an existing user' screen is seen missing

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62
