Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a number of tabs 2. Got to chrome://discards/ and discard one of them 3. Open the Chrome Task Manager (Shift+Esc) What is the expected behavior? The discarded tab is still in the list (maybe marked "(discarded)") so that I can switch to it, which would reactivate it. What went wrong? The discarded tab simply disappears from the Task Manager. This means I have to find the browser windows that contains the tab to get it back. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

Nothing missing, your screencast shows exactly the issue - the YouTube tab disappears from the Task Manager. The issue also happens in 70.0.3538.5 (current Canary).

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 68.0.3440.106 also on latest chrome 71.0.3542.0 using Windows 7 & 10, Mac 10.13.5 and Ubuntu 17.10. Same behavior is seen on M60(60.0.3112.113) hence considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged. Thanks!
