What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Now at Uber Tray click on 'Show netwrok list.Connected to..' text -> click on 'Network settings' option
(2)Settings page is seen in Window -> now click on 'Wi-Fi' option at 'Network' and observe list of Wi-Fi networks is seen missing
(Please refer Video and Screenshot)

Expected: List of Wi-Fi networks should be seen in Wi-Fi screen of Settings window
Actual: Instead list of Wi-Fi networks is seen missing

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in M-69
