Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.13.3 using chrome reported version #70.0.3537.0 and latest canary #71.0.3540.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Visited http://jsfiddle.net/greggman/bd237hzx/ 2. Clicked on the result pane 3. Cmd-Tab to another app (ideally with a small window so you can still see the fiddle) 4. Cmd-Tab back to Chrome 5. Go to step 3 6. Observed that blur and focus events are delivered after the first app switch as expected. gman@ - Could you please check this issue on latest canary #71.0.3540.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. Thanks...!!
